What is CILI By Design?
CILI By Design is a US company that makes water-based oral sprays with CBD and CBG — it calls the formula Aquaceutical. The products are sold through independent members. Maria and Florian are two such members, based in Austria and serving the UK and English-speaking Europe.
How do you use CILI Swish?
Per the manufacturer's EU label: take 1–2 capfuls into your mouth, swish gently for 30–60 seconds and then expel the liquid. Do not swallow. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
Do the products contain THC?
No. The manufacturer states that CILI products are THC-free.
Is CILI legit?
CILI is a real company (founded 2019, based in Las Vegas; EU entity in Rijswijk, Netherlands) operating as direct sales, also called network marketing. Its Trustpilot average is around 4.5 out of 5. As with any direct-sales company, it is worth checking both the product and the business model yourself before you decide.
Where do I order CILI in the UK?
Through the official CILI shop, which we link to directly. The order and everything after it is handled by CILI. Shipments to the UK go out from the Netherlands; since Brexit, UK import rules and any duties apply.
What does CILI cost?
Current prices are shown in the official shop, in US dollars excluding VAT. Registered members buy at a discount — roughly a quarter below the customer price. As members we are not allowed to publish our own prices.
Can I change or cancel the Autoship subscription?
Yes. Autoship orders can be changed or stopped before dispatch, either in the CILI BackOffice or through customer service. We will help you do it.
How do you become a CILI partner?
As a member you buy at a discount and, if you want to, you can recommend the products and take part in the compensation plan. With us that starts with a short introductory conversation, then registration. There is no guaranteed income — results depend on your own effort.
Are the products suitable for children, pregnant women or animals?
No. The products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. The manufacturer advises against use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and they are not intended for animals. We make no statements about health effects.
What does Aquaceutical mean?
It is the manufacturer's own term for its water-based formula. Unlike classic oily CBD products, CILI is water-based.
Is CILI suitable for children?
No. The manufacturer states the products are for adults aged 18 and over.
Can I use CILI during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
The manufacturer advises against use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Ask your doctor if in doubt.
Is there CILI for dogs, cats or horses?
No. CILI products are not intended for animals and we do not recommend them for pets.
Does CILI help with blood pressure, hair loss, weight loss or any condition?
We make no such claims and are not allowed to: the products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist.
