What is CILI by Design?

What makes CILI different from other CBD brands?
Three things: the formula is water-based rather than oil-based (the manufacturer calls it “Aquaceutical”), the products combine CBD with CBG 50/50, and they are oral sprays you swish for 30–60 seconds and then expel. They are not sold in shops, only through members.

How do you use CILI products?
The manufacturer's EU directions differ by product type:

Is CILI by Design legit?
The company is verifiable: CILI By Design LLC, Las Vegas, founded 2019, with a European entity in Rijswijk (NL) that ships EU orders. Trustpilot shows around 4.5 out of 5 (profile unclaimed). What deserves scrutiny is the direct-selling model and the health claims some members make, which are not permitted in the UK or EU. Our honest take on the reviews.
Frequently asked questions
Is CILI a medicine or a food supplement?
Neither. Swish is swished and spat out per the EU label; the Quickshot sprays are sprayed under the tongue and excess is expelled. The manufacturer lists all oral sprays as cosmetic breath-freshening products. The Facial Mist is a cosmetic.
Does CILI contain THC?
No. The manufacturer states all products are THC-free.
Where is CILI made and shipped from?
The manufacturer is US-based; European orders ship from the Netherlands.
