CILI is a real company with mixed, mostly positive reviews: around 4.5 out of 5 on Trustpilot, with a distinct block of one-star complaints about autoship charges and price. As members we share routine, taste, handling and delivery. We cannot and will not make health claims.

Is CILI by Design legit?

Yes, as a company: CILI By Design LLC, Las Vegas, founded 2019, with CILI By Design Europe LTD B.V. in the Netherlands fulfilling European orders. Products are delivered, contracts can be cancelled, invoices are issued. The legitimate questions concern the direct-selling model and health claims made by some members.

Common complaints

  1. Autoship charges. The subscription must be managed actively before the next ship date.
  2. Price. Higher than high-street CBD oil.
  3. Promises not kept. Usually a member's promise, not the manufacturer's.
  4. The business model. If you dislike network marketing, stay a customer or walk away.

We make no statements about effects or side effects. The oral sprays are THC-free per manufacturer, swished and expelled. Anyone on medication should ask a doctor or pharmacist first. Anyone promising health results is not being straight with you.

No. Products are delivered, the company is verifiable and contracts can be cancelled. Criticism of the direct-selling model and of members' claims is fair; “scam” is not.
