How do you use CILI CBD/CBG SWISH?
- Each morning take 1–2 capfuls (5–10 ml) into your mouth.
- Swish in the mouth for 60 seconds.
- Spit out after use and rinse the mouth thoroughly. Do not swallow.
- Use multiple times throughout the day if desired. One bottle is approximately a one-month supply per label.

Do you swallow CILI Swish?
No. Per the manufacturer's EU instructions you hold 1–2 capfuls in your mouth, swish for 30–60 seconds and expel. CILI Swish is not a food and is not swallowed.
What are the CILI Swish ingredients?
Water, flavouring, citric acid, preservatives, monk fruit, ashwagandha, acacia gum, resveratrol, CBD/CBG, MSM, curcumin, corydalis, sarsaparilla and frankincense, plus a mineral, a glycobiological and a bioactive blend — over 90 ingredients per manufacturer.
Does CILI Swish have side effects?
We cannot and do not make any statements about effects or side effects. The product is THC-free per manufacturer, used in the mouth and expelled. If you take medication, ask your doctor or pharmacist first.
