What does “Aquaceutical” mean?
“Aquaceutical” is a term coined by CILI by Design for its water-based formula: cannabinoids and plant extracts are dispersed finely enough to be delivered in water instead of oil. It is a brand term, not a scientific category and not a regulatory status.

How does it differ from CBD oil?

What is shared by every CILI oral spray?
- A THC-free hemp blend of CBD and CBG (50/50)
- A mineral blend from inland sea salt (Great Salt Lake, Utah)
- A glycobiological blend of sugar building blocks and plant extracts (algae, aloe vera, beta glucan, wakame)
- A bioactive blend (vitamin B1, benfotiamine, taurine, luteolin, N-acetyl cysteine, NAD+, PQQ, P5P, R-lipoic acid)
What about absorption figures?
Percentages you may see in member marketing are manufacturer claims from US material. They are not substantiated under UK or EU rules and we do not use them. Water-based is a different format, not proof of a better effect.
Why swish and expel?
Because cannabinoids count as novel foods in the UK and EU. A product to swallow would need authorisation. CILI's EU instructions therefore say: swish, expel.

It is the manufacturer's trademark term (Aquaceutical Technology™). There is no scientific or regulatory definition.
