How you use CILI
Swish: each morning swish 1–2 capfuls for 60 seconds, spit out, rinse. Quickshot sprays: 9 sprays under the tongue, or 3 every 4 hours, expel excess. Facial Mist: 6 sprays onto cleansed skin. Adults 18+, not during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

How much does CILI cost and where do I see the price?
Current prices are shown in the official shop, in US dollars excluding VAT. Registered members pay roughly a quarter less. As members we may not publish our own prices.
One-off purchase or subscription?
The single item is a one-off purchase. The “Swish with FREE Quickshot” packs enrol you in the monthly Easy Order subscription, which can be cancelled any time. We tell you which is which before you go to the shop.
How does shipping to the UK work?
Orders ship from the Netherlands. Shipping cost is shown before payment; UK import rules and any duties apply after Brexit. The invoice comes from CILI By Design Europe.
Is CILI legit?
CILI is a real US company with an EU entity in the Netherlands. On Trustpilot it sits at 4.5 out of 5 (88 reviews as of 08/09/2026); that rating concerns CILI, not our support. Our reviews page explains what the criticism gets right.
